Eros may be stringing his bow and getting his arrows ready for the lovebirds of London, who will inevitably be wining and dining across the capital. But for chefs, there is only one place they’ll be spending on February 14th and that’s in their kitchens… luckily for lovebirds, they never get Valentine’s Day off.

Our chef ambassador, Alyn Williams, is no exception. Today, he’ll be serving a luscious six course tasting menu. Kick-starting the feast is a dish using one of his favourite ingredients that’s long been a staple at The Westbury – wild and sweet Alaska king crab served with avocado, caviar and sorrel.
The intense flavour of the king crab blends beautifully with the creamy avocado, salty and nutty bursts of caviar and the sharp citrus sorrel.
Nothing says love like the deadliest catch…
